• Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service, reject orders, or cancel transactions to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products, Custom Orders, and Pricing

• Handcrafted Nature: Our championship wrestling belts feature specialized metal work (zinc/brass etching, CNC engraving, gold/nickel plating) and handcrafted leather straps. Minor variations in handmade detailing are a natural part of the artistic process.

• Customization (OEM/Custom Designs): For custom or personalized side plates, text, or logos (including custom design requests), the buyer must provide clear, verified text and layout approvals. Once a custom production run begins based on your layout approval, changes cannot be accommodated.

• Pricing & Currency: All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed in the currency specified at checkout.

3. Payment Methods, Options & Security

• Accepted Payment Methods: To facilitate our international clients, we accept a wide range of secure payment options, including:

  • Direct Bank Wire Transfers (for commercial and bulk orders).

  • Western Union money transfers.

  • Payoneer / PingPong Bank Transfers (via local receiving accounts in USD, EUR, GBP, etc.).

  • Stripe & Credit/Debit Cards: Integrated via our own highly secure checkout endpoints.

• Intellectual Property Protection (IP & OEM Policy): We do not intentionally manufacture or sell unauthorized copies of copyrighted or trademarked promotional designs. All items listed on this store are original designs or manufactured according to custom, non-infringing client requirements.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Custom/OEM Exclusion: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made championship belts, custom orders are eligible for replacement or fix-up only in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, and are generally excluded from standard returns.

• Limitation: In no event shall Brassmax Industries, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our products.

• Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, under the jurisdiction of courts in Sialkot/Punjab.
