Intellectual Property Rights & DMCA Compliance Policy
Effective Date: June 2026
The Studio operates strictly as an independent artisanal workshop specializing in original custom sports entertainment titles, commemorative organization awards, and custom metal-etched fan-tribute artwork. We maintain a profound respect for intellectual property (IP) rights globally and operate in strict compliance with international copyright and trademark frameworks, including the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and global Fair Use doctrines.
1. Statement of Non-Affiliation & Transformative Fan Art
All historical tribute artifacts displayed in our archival portfolio are independent, transformative artistic expressions.
No Affiliation: The Studio holds absolutely no licensing, corporate alignment, authorization, or commercial affiliation with any global sports entertainment promotions, wrestling franchises, or mainstream athletic organizations (including but not limited to WWE, WWF, WCW, AEW, UFC, or boxing councils).
Transformative Nature: Portfolio items represent 1-of-1 private commissions executed strictly on a contract-by-demand basis for private preservation, historical review, independent media commentary, and individual home exhibition. These fall under the protective purview of 17 U.S. Code § 107 (The Fair Use Doctrine) regarding non-commercial transformative artistic reproduction and historical tribute work.
2. DMCA Takedown Protocol (17 U.S.C. § 512)
As a digital catalog provider, we comply fully with the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA.
