We do not mass-produce, stockpile, or commercially distribute trademarked items, nor do we offer pre-made branded merchandise for retail sale.

2. Fan Art, Review, & Parody Framework (Fair Use Interpretation)

Any custom projects developed under private request are classified strictly as Non-Commercial Fan-Edition Replicas, Collector’s Edition Private Art, and physical models created solely for Independent Video Reviews, Media Evaluation, and Parody/Transformative Purposes.

• These creations are individual, bespoke art commissions intended for private exhibition, media commentary, and historical appreciation.

3. Client Submission & Legal Indemnification

• Brassmax Industries acts strictly as a technical execution tool (engraving, etching, and crafting service) and is fully indemnified by the client against any external intellectual property claims.
