1. Return Windows & Eligibility
USA Customers: You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your delivery.
International Customers (Rest of the World): You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the championship belt must be unused, unaltered, and in the exact same original condition and packaging in which you received it.
2. Your Flexible Options (Refunds & Replacements)
We offer three highly flexible solutions depending on your preference and situation:
Full Refund (Return & Refund): You can ship the item back to our facility. Once received and inspected, we will issue a 100% full refund of the product purchase price back to your original payment method via Stripe/Payoneer.
Product Replacement: If you prefer, we can manufacture and ship a brand-new replacement belt to you instead of a monetary refund.
Partial Refund (Keep the Item): If there is a minor issue or you wish to avoid the hassle and cost of international return shipping, you can opt for a Partial Refund. We will refund an agreed percentage of your payment, and you can keep the championship belt.
3. Return Shipping Costs & Instructions
Responsibility: Unless explicitly agreed otherwise by our support team, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or clearance charges required to ship the item back.

4. Order Cancellations
Since each championship belt involves meticulous handmade craftsmanship, customized plates, and a specialized 48-hour lacquer curing process, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Once the chemical etching or production phase begins, the order cannot be canceled.
