Every championship belt begins with a custom digital layout. Our master artisans use high-precision acid etching on heavy-duty 8mm zinc plates to achieve incredible depth and sharp details that mirror real television titles.

After polishing the plates to a mirror finish, they undergo a premium 24k gold or dual-silver plating process. Finally, we apply a clear weather-resistant lacquer coating and let it dry for 48 hours to protect the metal from moisture.

Just email us your rough sketches, custom artwork, or design notes—and even if you don't have one, just share your idea and we will create a custom sketch and art mockup from scratch. We will refine the design based on your feedback until it is perfect. Production only begins once you give the final approval.

Phase 2
Our team takes your initial ideas and transforms them into a clean, professional black-and-white line art sketch. This gives you the first clear look at the layout and tracking of your future custom belt.

Phase 3
Once you approve the basic sketch, we bring it to life by adding realistic colors and textures. We will provide a detailed digital mockup showing exactly how the gold plating, leather, and stones will blend together. We will refine this until it perfectly matches your vision.

After your final approval on the mockup, the design goes into our manufacturing unit. Our craftsmen execute the precise etching, leather work, and finishing to deliver your fully completed, premium custom belt straight to your door.
